Shortly after our Vidiot for a Day party last August(of 2013), my good buddy David(aka Mr.Do@KLOV) got a hold of me with a proposition. He was sitting on a non-working Creature from the Black Lagoon he picked up a while back. He saw that I was/am still looking for one so he offered me a deal I couldn't refuse... I could pick up his game from his father inlaw's house, keep it here to work on, and then play it until he needs it back!
It took about a week to diagnose and receive replacement parts, but as you can see... it's now working!!! Woo-hoo!!!
Here is the list of repairs as of 08/20/13... a missing ribbon cable between CPU board and regulator board, a bad diode and a couple bad traces in the 12v section of the regulator board, GI wiring issues, both motor boards had issues and needed to be rebuilt, the creature mirror circuit had wiring issues in the head that were a bear to track down(spent over 2hrs) since the schematics in the manual are wrong, and then lighting control board under the playfield(controls the ramp lights) need some wiring corrected.
I still have to clean it up a bit more, adjust the creature mirror a little, and replace a couple newly burned out bulbs.. but for now it'll do just fine! ;o)

- BUY GAME FROM DAVID!!!
